Kilmore (pron kil-more) A' Chill-Mhor - the big church. The first church was established in the 13th c. The present ruins are the remains of the 1681 Church and the modern Parish Church of Scotland was built in 1876. Very old gravestones include those of various MacDonalds. Down the road is the castellated Kilmore Manse, built in 1811.
