Kinloch (Head of the Loch) is one of several lodges of Lord MacDonald's former estate. Near the end of the Forest Enterprise track, and set in native oak woods, is the abandoned village of Leitirfura, once the home of a large MacInnes family. You can, with a good map and stout shoes, continue all the way to Kylerhea its a spectacular hike.
